Brand Identity
June 2022
We partnered with Andrew L. Scheidt, Architect to reposition the firm for long-term growth. The goal was to modernize the brand and reflect the high caliber of work the firm was producing - helping them attract larger, more complex projects and clients aligned with their vision.
As the firm continued to grow, it became clear that the existing identity no longer reflected the quality or ambition of their work. Andrew approached Fairbuilt to help define where the firm was headed and how to express that direction through a renewed brand. The project began with strategy - clarifying goals, defining audience expectations, and assessing how the firm could elevate its presence within a competitive regional market.
We began by uncovering what made the firm distinct: a disciplined, detail-oriented design philosophy grounded in contemporary architecture. Using those insights, we developed a refined visual system that balanced clarity with confidence - anchored by clean typography, a modern wordmark, and a sophisticated color palette. The result was a brand identity that felt high-end yet approachable, matching the firm’s ethos and ambition.
The rebrand established a strong, unified identity that positions Andrew L. Scheidt, Architect to pursue larger projects and higher-value clients. The firm’s new visual language reinforces credibility and professionalism - signaling a confident step forward in both reputation and reach.
